The public pages of this portfolio contain no analytics, advertising, profiling, or tracking tools and set no cookies. A separate Matomo administration interface, restricted to authorized users and not called by the portfolio, may use a session cookie for their authentication.

### Language preference

The FR or EN selection is saved in the browser's local storage under the key `mg_lang`. This preference stays in the browser and is not transmitted as a cookie.

### Terminal navigation

Terminal mode and command history are kept in browser session storage under a key beginning with `mg_terminal:`. They expire with the session and are not sent to the server.

### Server logs

Like most web servers, the hosting records ordinary technical data, including the IP address, date and time, requested resource, response status, referring page, and user agent. This data is used only for security and technical diagnostics under legitimate interest. Logs rotate daily with 30 archives, representing approximately 30 days of retention.

### Direct email

If you write to [contact@maelguimet.fr](mailto:contact@maelguimet.fr), information contained in your message is used to handle the correspondence and retained for as long as needed for the exchange. Its transport and storage may involve the relevant email providers.
